The Decision Reliability Check

Your answers are confidential. Only our staff read them, to prepare our analysis. They are never passed to a third party or to your organization.

You receive your own analysis at the email address you gave us, and we do not add you to a mailing list. If a colleague invited you, they receive a combined analysis of everyone they invited once at least three people have answered, never your individual answers.

We never name you or your organization in anything we publish. If we describe patterns across many responses, they are aggregated and anonymous.

Your answers are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets, which may keep them outside Canada. To have them deleted, reply to our email or write to lukas@klose-coaching.com.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs.
